Founding Backend Engineer

  1. Proven track record in building backend systems from the ground up
  2. Minimum of 7 years of full lifecycle software development experience in NodeJs (TypeScript), including coding, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment
  3. Significant expertise and familiarity with relationship databases especially PostgreSQL
  4. Strong side project experience (ex-founder of a startup or successful project building real products and services for actual users)
  5. Understanding of cloud architectures and infrastructure (queues, redis, docker)
  6. Bonus points for proficiency in Go or Python
